AIM-U developed versatile partnership with The Ministry of Health - Government of Saint Lucia. The MOH-AIMU URO NEPHRO CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE is a result of concentrated effort to provide better clinical experience. The institutional partnership for support programs with Washington Adventist University and other US based clinical service providers will augment better program deliverance for students. AIM-U is chartered by Government of Saint Lucia and widely listed/recognized by many organizations that includes  ECFMG (listed with FAIMER’s IMED), World Health Organization and Medical Council of Canada. The institutional accreditation is confirmed by Ministry of Education and Culture - Government of Saint Lucia.

The school’s curriculum and academic programs are developed and monitored by former Members / Specialists of Medical Councils, including Medical School Accreditation Approval and Monitoring Committee - Saint Lucia, ECFMG, and Medical council of India. AIM-U's unique medical education programs are based on instruction methods that have been a proven success. These programs which are frequently developed and updated by distinguished medical professionals enable the students to acquire sound and updated medical knowledge to effectively apply them in practice as knowledgeable, skilful, compassionate and successful physicians.
